Current Projects

At any given time, I have about 20+ project ideas. It makes it difficult
to stick to one story, so usually I pick a few to keep my eyes on.
Currently, I'm seriously drafting Legends of Arcadia Book 2 & 3 and tinkering
with Project Indigo and Project D&D when I need a little break.
Find out more about these below!

Legends of Arcadia Book 2 (TBBS)

Taking place after To Live Among Wolves, Eden and Silas are off to Lukosan with a third wheel.
A mixture of My Best Friend's Wedding with a dash of that mountain mystery, this adventure is full of new creatures, cryptids, and wolfish customs.
With a love-triangle, old friends, unrequited love, and antihero tropes, Eden and Silas will be in deep water before they know it.

Project Indigo

Indigo is an urban fantasy set in the fictional town of Bexhill, West Virginia.
When newcomer Peter Rushland encounters Aster Martin drenched and holding a box of pop-tarts in the middle of the road, the last thing he expects is to get wrapped up in a local legend.
Indigo Bunting is a force of nature. For one, no one knows where he got the name Indigo. He just showed up one day and never left.
With mysteries around every corner, Peter will uncover secrets that are generations deep.
Indigo is perfect for fans of Gravity Falls and Greenglass House.

Project D&D

Project D&D began as a fun side project. I played my first campaign in 2022 spanning from spring to fall. I had such a blast and a burst of creativity that I created six characters and a little contemporary romance began forming in my head.
This is the least planned of the three, mainly because that's the nature of this book. It's basically a contemporary romance about the unlikely friends one finds in D&D nerds. Rich with the Found Family trope and full of relatable Dungeons and Dragons things. Perfect for fans of Dungeons and Dragons. Also rom-coms.

When she's not reading or writing, you'll find Morgan outside foraging among the plants or trying new coffee shops and voraciously reading.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why independent publishing instead of traditional?
When she was still drafting her first book, Morgan researched all facets of the publishing community. At this moment, This Cursed Line is a stand-alone novel. However, the world itself has many opportunities for continuation. Until then, Morgan will be writing the many story ideas she already has neatly tucked away. 25 and counting!
What's next for you?
Currently, Morgan is working on the Legends of Arcadia trilogy. To Live Among Wolves released June 18, 2024. To Breathe Beneath Stars is slated for a winter release in 2024 and TDWS for winter of 2025.
